ok guys. Thinkin of ditching my stock tank and going with a sump cell. Now I've heard to face the sumo toward the rear so it stays full during acceleration. However my car had some rake to it. So on level ground the sumo would stay full of it were in the front. Which way does everyone think I should go and why?? Thanks

Always have the the sump facing the rear, acceleration will push fuel to the pump, the same reason you should have the regulator mounted in front of the carburetor.

I guess I should have said of the car has rake, and the sumo is facing rear should I worry bout an empty sump when I'm on lever ground. Not a ton of rake but might be enough to to push all the fuel to the front at idle on flat ground

No need to worry, the fuel will sit in the sump unless you are close to empty which might cause an issue. That is the main purpose of the sump. When the car is idling the suction will keep the fuel from emptying the sump....just make sure you vent the cell. Hope this helps in addition to what 565bbchevy said.
