Fuel guage sending unit question's

Does anyone know what ohm reading the fuel sending unit puts out? I need the readings full and empty for a wagon fuel tank.
I assume since all the cars were GM they would all be the same reguard less of make/model?

I believe they operate from 0 to 90-ohms.
