I want to run a 3/8 steel fuel return line. Of course these aren't made, so I was considering using a 3/8 feed line to use as a return line. 2 things; 1) where do I buy one and 2) anyone ever do this before?

I myself have never tried copper lines on an auto application but I have always heard that real copper lines can become work hardened and get brittle and then crack..
Many people use Cunifer for brake and fuel lines which is a copper nickel alloy and DOT approved, easy to work with and bends and flares easily

Thanks guys but I'm needing info on pre bent lines.

From the factory, V8 and V6 Cutlass' have the 3/8" feed lines on opposite frame rails. I installed a V6 fuel line and used it as a return.
Among others, Classic Tube and Inline Tube are a couple suppliers that sell new OEM style tubing.

For pre-bent, you could try contacting inline tube or classic tube. Using another fuel supply line should work, you may have to tweak it here and there. You can buy new clips that have double holes (I got my sets off ebay)

I think that "Right stuff detailing" may also have fuel lines, but don't quote me on that. I got my rear brake kit from them and I know they sell brake lines, but not sure on fuel lines.

I just finished doing all my lines (brake and fuel) in full stainless and it wasn't too bad. Very time consuming and stainless in that size is hard to bend. I had to use some lengths of pipe on my bender to get enough leverage for the 5/16" and 3/8" lines. My frame doesn't have the body on it now so that made life easier. I'm sure it would be tough, but not impossible with the body on.

Cant speak on their fuel lines, but Ive purchase complete pre bent brake line sets from inline tube and they get 5 stars from me.
If needed I will go through them again.

"I installed a V6 fuel line and used it as a return."

This seems like a nice way of doing it. Was it hard to do?

P.S. How the heck do you quote someone on this new ( crappy) forum layout?

Hit the quote button on the post you want then the reply button next to it in the post. You will then see the quoted post in the reply box . You would have to do this same process to each post you want to quote.
