I've actually done the bottom one in one of my past 9 lives. Sheared out a 4' section of pole and it stuck right back in the ground. It was on a corner and the guy wires were holding the top upright. I don't remember much about the accident but I can tell you that power poles are expensive and they'll total your car with the quickness.
As a car joke, this one is funny. As a truckdriver, I would be more than PO'd to see that on the road as is, and I would not want any person that I know next to that load on the road. I hope that the driver is still in process of tying it down, or untying, which ever the case may be.
