well, THERE'S your problem! I bet you used a SOFT bristle toothbrush instead of a HARD bristle toothbrush!

I bet you also didn't vigorously stir the mix and probably used a small microwave with 600w instead of the standard 1300w. geez.... these new guys, always trying to take a shortcut to getting the job done right.....
