After going to western Ohio earlier this month, I can 100% attest to that.

They are a "second chance" company, meaning they hire a lot of drivers with less than perfect driving records and less than perfect criminal records. As such, they get some less than perfect drivers. Their tractors are okay but most of their trailers look like they fell off a cliff.

Here's a W.E. that rolled into my old workplace a year or two ago. Bro didn't have a single choke strap or belly strap and well...
