That's an earlier type wiper motor with cam driven mechanism for earlier year G-bodies. Pre '82.
The motor itself was built on Wednesday, Nov 7, 1984. (date code 312 84). Appears to be a factory number, not an over the counter GM number. 20521246. It was made 77 days prior to the original one in my 85 442 (84 was a leap year). Keep in mind these are production plant numbers that came as an assembly, not parts catalog numbers which you buy the pieces separately.

How can you tell it's for an earlier than '82 version? To me, it looks like a CD4 84-up unit. An FYI, ALL the skinny style wiper motors from 84-up are the same regardless of delay or non-delay, including the park switch. The only thing about delay is if it has the circuit board cover and the "contactors" that are mounted on top of the park switch.

This is my original from my 85. 20521247. The interesting part I see there is that it has 4 electrical connections. Meaning those three in a row were used for the park switch. That extra one was for the circuit board power. There's also a 20521248 out there as well that I believe came along in 1988 or 89, same unit basically. Again, motors and park switch are all the same. The cover and contactors determine if it's a delay unit or not.

Sorry, I screwed up. I should have looked at it closer and known better.. That's what I replaced my old type wiper motor with.
