We used to do one way back in the day, but it turned out to be a lot of work for not a lot of return, sold them thru cafepress/print on demand and really didn't sell enough to pan out. They faded in the sun and the print quality wasn't all that great.

That said, if things go right, look for one next year, I will have more time to dedicate to these things. Have to find a supplier to custom print a batch that isn't 10K pieces large, too.

GP403,
Another forum that I frequent uses a site called Zazzle (http://www.zazzle.com) to produce and sell their calendars and other custom printed merchandise. I don't know any of the details, but they even have their own custom store presence. PM me if you'd like a little more info (e.g., store link and Forum POC)

oh yeah there's a ton of places to do on-demand printing, they're just expensive and low ROI. just a matter of doing the layout, and especially getting enough decent photos rounded up. You'd think it wouldn't be a problem, but I'd call for pix and get to about 80% and really have trouble rounding up the last ones, and/or I'd get sent low resolution pix that wouldn't blow up, pix with the bumpers cut off, trash cans in the frame, etc... then have to go through hours with photoshop, you know.

when we do this next year, we're starting like in June, and I'm getting a stack printed up somewhere my way.... so, stay tuned.

as a suggestion, why not use the winners from the monthly "g-body of the month". you'd have about 12 twelve pics right there.

Not knowing a heck of a lot of the work involved, the printing bizz and digital medias maybe I should be slapped upside the head for stating my idea.
How about producing a digital calender( pics plus months x 12 and add a cover picture page). We pay for the digital calender download and get it printed at our local Walmart or Staples.
