Right now its at $9.99 .. Trying to decide if I wait for the hardcopy or go this route. If you don't have a Kindle you can download an app for your computer/phone/tablet that does the same thing. Still doesn't beat having an actual book to take out in the shop or wherever to get dirty and earmark and write in.

If you are going to get the Kindle version make sure you have a tablet - there is a note on the page that states it is optimized for larger screens. The hardcopy version is about $22. I plan to get the Kindle version - I have a 10.1 tablet.

Hmmmm! On July 18th Amazon said "estimated" delivery was between July 22nd and July 25th. ...Today they said "estimated" delivery would be between July 29th and August 2nd. WTF! ...Oh well, I guess we'll get them when we get them!
