G-body windshield removal

Just a quick question : How is the windshield of a 1988 monte attached to the car? Is it glue or with the "seal"?

It is glued in with urethane adhesive.

I just took mine out two days ago. All you have to do is slip a piece of wire (similar to what is used for picture hanging) through the urethane and get someone to help you pull the wire parallel with the windshield. One person pulls from inside the car and the other person pulls from outside the car. The wire nicely slices through the urethane adhesive and voila!
