Hey guys, i just recently bought a nice G force crossmember off a friend of mine.. only it doenst fit 🙁 has anyone had any issues with theirs? its a Th350 car and the member is a Th350 member.. i cant get the crossmember on top of the frame perch...cause the hoop hits on the floor...

i was told the body mounts are worn..but i also lifter the car from the driverside..maybe the frame tweaked? any ideas? thanks guys

i just recently(last summer) put a g-force crossmember in my monte, and it was extremely tight between the floor and the top of the crossmember, and i have brand new body mounts. if its only off by a 1/4 in. or so id say body mounts, but if its off by more than that, idkno.

Mine was tight on the drivers side and I had brand new body mounts in as well. It was just touching couple of low spots on the floor pan. I had to "massage" the floor pan a little. The passenger side was no problem.

i got it in...i had to notch the ends..cause the member turned out to be 1/2 too short...so i cut the bolt slots on the brackets... good enough for me...this thing is still a piece of sh*t

im curious as to where you bought this "piece of sh*t" and whether or not it is actually a G-force piece because mine went in no problem and lined up perfectly with all the holes. i think the worst part about these crossmembers is trying to get the transmission mount bolt onto the transmission and the crossmember at the same time

I got it from a friend of mine..it came unfinished..bare...ICEMAN? the trans getting to line up is easy..actually before bolting the member to the frame i got the trans bolt lined up...the i wigged the member in the frame to get it to fit..
