Gauges dont work 85 Cutlass

Most of my gauges don't work. RPM marks in between 4 and 5k and i replaced all the fuses. Any advice will help. Car is an 85 Olds Cutlass

Have you pulled the instrument panel recently>? if so, these are prone not to work well afterwards, due to bad connections between the gauges and the contacts. If you pull the instrument cluster, use an emory board to clean the contacts of the bulbs and gauges. Good luck!
