Volts, oil and fuel gauges seem to move but temperature gauge doesn’t move and I don’t know if any of them are accurate, kinda new to working on cars,I checked fuses and made sure that was fine but don’t know where to go from here on out.
I have an msd box which might affect things, not sure.
Would be nice if I could get some help Thankyou.

O my gosh... A Clock that works???? You definitely need to save that car.

Replace the temp sender.

MSD is separate system so should have no effect.

If not sure of accuracy then get a gauge set.

Don't go to retail first, check Rock Auto first. Many times these are on clearance. I picked up sets of Bosch for about 20 each, excellent gauges, normal retail about $60.00.

On the show cars and restomods I always go mechanical temp if at all possible. Nothing burns it down quicker that excessive temp or low oil pressure. So I always try keep those 2 mechanical gauges if possible.

Welcome to the site.
First off check the connection at the sending unit. If you have a small block Chevy v-8 it will be a single green wire located on the drivers side of the engine between the first two spark plugs.

It's not uncommon for the tab to get broken off while changing plugs and such.
