Gotta start them when they're young. Also, my hobby (affliction) is more acceptable to Management when it can be a family program. In fact each of my kids has picked out a favorite from my raft of project vehicles.
Since nobody wants a Malibu, they're all mine...

So cool to see kids get involved. Most importantly your making memories as a family.
 
that's a great picture, I missed out on my kids early life thanks to the ex but they did move in when they were teenagers and they got their hands dirty working on the car. I figured if they knew that had to fix the car if it broke down they would not be hard on it showing off for their friends..enjoy your kids cause they grow up way too fast.. 🙂
 
love to see this. My son just turned one and I'm not really a gearhead, but I'm learning as I go and I make sure my son is right there. Even if he's just sitting in the car playing with the steering wheel. For me, it's not really about the car, since by the time he can drive, I have a feeling we will be installing electric motors in cars.
