I just noticed today that we lost another custom car icon...George Barris. He was responsible for building many TV movie cars. Bat Mobile, Munster coach, Dragula, Night Rider Firebird, and many high profile customs.
There's a guy who shows up at our local cruise-in with a Barris built '55 Chevy custom. It was an old custom that had been restored to it's original glory...probably from the '60's.
