Again, it depends where the air is injected, in a major artry near the right side of the heat, its just 0.5 ml, most anywere else its 200 to 300 ml, except in a artry going to the brain where its only 2 to 3 ml. Plus a 2013 study found anything more than 5 ml anywhere will cause injury, and just 20 ml has been know to cause medical complications.

It is like a gunshot, the closer to a vital spot, the lessor the fatal size or volume. A little .22 in the hand probably won't kill you, but one in the skull or heart will be fatal.
