So i know this sounds absolutely sad, But I cant afford new floors pans a 250 a piece and have no welder access, I do though have sheet metal i could bend into what I need for the few patches I need to fix before I can put in a new carpet. I planned on getting it all in with rivets then using some sort of epoxy/glue to keep it in place. Any ideas ? I just dont have the money or resources, I plan on undercoating the floor when done, padding, dynamat then new carpet.

Yeah, they used it on Spike TV's "Trucks" show for their S-10k project truck. I have never used it, but you got me thinking now since I am in a similar situation. I wonder if it can be used to "butt bond" metal together?

Its good at overlapping joints only thing not to use it on is something structural they say its as strong as a weld but i don't know.

it is very strong. We tested it at our shop. we bonded two joints and when it was all said and done when we tried to break them apart the metal started to rip after the spot where we glue it. its pretty incredible. They say dont use it on rocker panels.

the MMM panel bond adhesive is in credible. it was originally designed for replacing roofs on mini vans after a roll over. i ran a paint and body store for 12 years, and sol tons of it. go ahead and use it you wont be disappointed.
