Got my car out ...

Yesterday,after a winters hibernation.It sure is nice to have a secure,well looked after place to store the Monte.
It always puts a smile on my face to drive the big block after a winter of running a Western Star water truck at 30-50 kph all day long.
My friend Floyd at Speedy Glass reupholstered the back seat to match the front Procar/Scats I put in last year,and I was able to get it put in yesterday before the Easter long weekend.

And heres the best shot I got yesterday of the back seat;

Floyd is one of the best in our area,and I am very pleased with how it turned out.He was able to get an exact match for the black,but he couldnt find the grey.I contacted Scat in Ca. and ordered the matching grey material from them.

Seats look GREAT! I hope to get my car out of hibernation this weekend. I started it last weekend but I hope to drive it.

Thanks for the compliments,it sure is nice to get the Monte on the road after a long winter in the Alberta oil patch.

The seats look good Guy. I'm looking forward to getting the new seats in my Monte and getting it out within the next week or 2. Just hoping that we get some more rain here, to wash some more of the salt residue off the roads.
