Got My Custom Front Frame Rail Brace

Ok I've been taking auto collision repair since finishing the auto tech program. Welding is a required class so I'm currently taking that. I asked the teacher where I could get some steel square tubing and showed him a picture. He says he may have some for me and to check back.

I checked back today and we went to some shed with tubing. I chose one that wasnt too thick and had it cut at the right angle. I havent installed it yet but I will post pictures when I do. I was going to ask for the back but didnt want to be greedy.

Here are few pictures with the brace painted. Nothing special but maybe can help somebody out. Will post more when installed. Probably next week

Well you could really go to a metal fabricator and get it done yourself for cheaper. I dont have the machine work to make them in house. This one was made at school. If i did I would though.
