Got some 15" rally rims for the Cutty :)

Won an auction on eBay for some SSII rims. They're not restored perfectly, but have been lightly sanded and painted silver with a clear coat. I got them today and had some tires mounted. Three of them are missing center caps but I got them coming from eBay as well. I'm gonna throw them on the car tomorrow, should look MUCH better than the granny wire covers on there now.

I got the rims for $415 shipped, which isn't bad. They're in good shape, straight, and came with the trim rings and all the inner trim pieces. Tires were $320 mounted and balanced.

Man I always loved them olds rallies. I was gonna put them on the monte but figured they would look out of place so I bought some chevy rallies instead!

Sweet deal. Are they inner trim pieces removable? I have yet to see a set with them removed.

Yes, and you aren't missing anything! For some reason they remind me of wheels covered with brake dust when they're missing

Ok. I was just asking for painting purposes. All of the ones I've seen for sale lately were just the rims with no trim except for the inners. Thanks for the clarification.

I saw a set of Olds rallyes on a first gen ext. cab 2wd S-10 one day when I was in Winnipeg. It didn't look bad with the rims painted to match the truck, but they did stand out to me.
