Got the New Bumper on..

Got the Grand National Bumpers on the car. Next year I am stripping her down. Hopefully the Health holds and don't get set back again. I was in the middle of swapping the 5 speed in and had a stroke. I couldn't with a walker but I still crawled under the car and had to turn the flywheel by hand because the plugs were out of the engine. I had to do this every few days to keep the cylinder walls shiny, it was a brand new engine with less than 1000 miles on it, I had built it and just put in there a few months before..

Looks sweet, I just picked up a used set of gn air dams for mine and im still waiting for them. The guy finally shipped them friday after waitng two weeks gotta love ebay either my parts get here in two days or two months. Sorry to hear about the stroke thats no fun, I'd like to eventually put a stick in my regal too ... someday can't have it all at one I guess hell I'll be happy to just get mine on the road again this summer.

Looks Good, now all you have too do is take off that hood emblem 😀 ,
I also am in the process of swapping in a 5 speed, just trying to round everything up so I can do it all at once.
Along with the 5 speed I am rebuilding a 350 that will be the all so well know 383 everybody has, wanted a 400 but couldnt find one in my neck of the woods. I also would have rather had a T56 but I seem to be smack dab in the middle of nowhere, where these parts are unheard of. I just got the set of buckets in that I got off of malibukid on here, I am trying to figure out where I need to cut the hole in the trans. tunnel for the shifter. I guess I can wait until I set the motor and transmission in(without the shifter) and just mark the spot right above the shifter hole to make the cut. I was curious as to how you were going to run the cross member for the trans, mine goes at an angle unlike the Monte Carlo that goes straight across. I would like to see more pics of your build if ya got em'.
Glad your doing good, after I was sick and came home from the hospital, I had my motorcycles carbs to keep me company. They kept me busy and my mind off what was going on, I focused my attention on them so I didnt have time to be bothered by other things.
