GP bumper shocks

I have a compressed bumper shock on my grand prix. Im wondering if it'd be best to try and pull it out or just replace it and where to get one new or used.. ANY IDEAS??

I would just replace it, seems like they are still plenty of them in the salvage yards.

yea thats the direction i was headed... where could i get them new?

You might get lucky on Ebay or try your local GM dealer, I've found parts through them I thought was discontinued.

and not all GM dealers are the same, I have a couple GM dealers locally and only one seems to be able to get some parts for older cars...
