Griffin has not used epoxy in over a decade on their radiators they are fully welded I have one of their epoxy ones from 20 plus years ago still works fine
Any way to tell visually?

I think you can look inside the tank from the filler neck and see but if you are buying new they are welded.Any way to tell visually?
Griffin's been in business a long time.i was just basing this on what the rad shop told me,i never looked for myself to see what the construction actually was.like i said they cooled fine but two units in under five years i wasn't going that route again.Griffin has not used epoxy in over a decade on their radiators they are fully welded I have one of their epoxy ones from 20 plus years ago still works fine
this is the one i went with. no trans hook up, steam vent is there.I've got this one
GRI-8-00010-LS
I had to modify the lower mount where it sits into the core support.
