guage problems

hello newbie here I have a84 elky with guage problems first the volt guage stopped working stays below 8 volts then I noticed temp guage stays around 110 next the fuel guage not accurate slow to move from e to f now the oil press reads erratic , any suggestions bad connection ground circuit board note the clock works tack ??

found some wiing issues under the hood , gauges are working now cant figure how to hook up the gear selector now ???
