head light knob help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a 1983 buick regal and i need to get to the instument panel, how do you take off the head light knob please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow i just pulled on the knob with a little pressure and it popped of. its a clamp that goes in the knob it self so be carefull and dont lose it.

If you reach in behind the dash face there is a little button on the right side of the light switch. Push it in and the knob will pull right out.
