headers for cutlass

Pro touring, you have a chevy motor I hope. Those headers are for a sbc.

yes the engine in my cutlass is a shevy 350 smallblock.its a target master 350 .it been in the car for about 10yrs and it has about 90000 miles on it im in the process of building a 350 4 bolt main engine for it .

why does everyone mention they have a four bolt main block? it makes no difference hp wise, or really anything, unless you are building a 600hp blown NOS breathing dragon! any way, before you put them in you should have heated them red w/ a torch and painted them while they are glowing hot, that will make that black paint last allot longer. just a thought for next time. what will you be running for exhaust? true duals?

yes .ill be putting a true duel exhaust ,im going to run full length headers and a pypes header back duel exhaust on my car and will be geing a g-force duel crossmeber. plans are to lower my car put umi rear control arms and a swaybar in the back and a bigger swaybar in the front.the reason for a 4 bolt main block is that i have it ti use and the new engine im building will have a procharger on it .and i have a new rearend with 3.42 gears to go in the car also.

headers for BBO

was wondering if anybody out there has tried the hedman p/n #58160 or the p/n #58170's. These are the shorty headers. Would this fit on my 83 cutlass with the 455?

i dont now if they would be good or not ,i have a set of shorty headmen on my 350 chevy and if the ones for the 455 olds is designed the same dont wast your time .they are a pain to keep sealed and the header frange will rub on your proportioning valve.
