hope you have a 200r4 behind that 301 a 4 spd will help alot if you have to keep the rev's low.a cam will help and valve springs will probley be needed.if you have some money to spend here porting the heads will give you your bigest gains.and as far as i know i have only seen one set avalible for the 301.so maybe a set of stock 350or400 mani's ported would be your best bet. and a true dual exhaust 2" 2.25"
