a while back ago, i had my exhaust redone, had a lot of problems with it hitting the body, etc. Well I had the last problem solved today, the idiot who installed it at muffler man didnt take out the heat riser valve on the left side of the car, so basically my exhaust wanted to fall off. They charged me $60 more dollars making my grand total close to $450 dollars, Ive learned a lesson, watch muffler worlds do the work on my car otherwise theyll **** ya big time.

on another note, I had them check my ball joints, and wheel bearings. All are going out. They quoted the uppers and lowers at 100 each in labor, the wheel bearings 60 for each side, a new headache has begun. I dont have a grease packer, and i have no skills in ball joint repair, I hear its the worst. My friend said he might do them for 250 bucks. ANyone else do their ball joints?

lower ball joints are a pain, uppers are not so bad. Need two jacks to do it yourself and a BFH

Well it didnt take long

now I hear another exhaust leak, I dont know if it was where they put the heat riser valve pipe or if its now the exhaust manifolds themselves. I can say one thing, I was out there watching the manager put the new pipe going up to the manifold on the left side, he even put high heat silacone on the pipe connecting to the manifold lip. He did a good job taking his time and everything. I dont know why my exhaust keeps ****ing up. Really starting to annoy me. What are a good quality header/manifold set up guys for the 4.3 motor, should I even get headers. Its making a high intense chirp when I rev it.
