Heater Blower

My blower stops and starts on it own(stopped right now) would a bad ground do this or is the blower on the way out?Played with the wires no luck.

I had a similar problem once...it turned out to be the connection in the head unit....found out after I changed the fan motor of course...

Well, On is the obvious answer, but not specific enough for a proper diagnosis. What position is the blend air switch in and what position is the 4 speed fan switch in?
