I had said earlier that people should keep those clunky HVAC housings around even if they removed them for the "delete" plate which seemed like a hugely popular thing to do at the time. Said back then that one day people would be hunting them down...and so it starts.

Frankly never bought any HVAC parts from these post '77 mid size cars for resale. Didn't believe there was any money to be made from them. A very rare non A/C car pops up every once in a great while in the pick a parts down here, but still, there aren't any buyers. The upper midwest and Canadian market had far greater numbers of non A/C cars sold there.
