That is what I thought I was circling in my picture when I posted. Sorry about that. I knew that it was in that area, but I was using a pic I already had instead of just taking a new one for this problem.

Just fixed my heater. Sure enough I did not have 12v at the red wire. Followed the wires and they were unplugged. I found where they plugged up at the back of the motor, plugged it up and the problem went away. If anyone would like pics I will take them and post them. Thanks for all the great advice and help. Shanezoid.

If you could post a pic that would be great. I found the plug with red-wire coming out from by the firewall/blower motor, I just have no idea what it plugs into.
 
I'm glad to hear that you fixed your issue -- it's always rewarding when you can check something off your list...
