First timer with g-body. Grew up shop kid and always caught Powerblock tv on weekends. So naturally always wanted to have my own classic car/hot rod to tinker on and do some of the cool stuff i've seen for many many many years. However life has not offered me the opportunity to do so, UNTIL NOW.
Picked er up this summer. Previous owners brother was original owner, he unfortunately passed away. And left this beauty to his brother. The 2nd owner thought he had rolled the soft cam and seized it, so he parked it and let it sit for a few years. I picked er up advertised as "non-running/driving". Brought her home, put some tires on make it a roller, and after some convincing and rubbing her belly, got the motor free'd up and fired up. So now she moves/steers/stops under her own power. Thats about where i sit with it now.
Gonna slowly chip away here and there. Has original 305/TH350, 91,000 original km's, and is completely unmolested. No wires cut and spliced, nothing. Needs a lil spit polish here and there. I cant wait until im cruisin with the windows down listening to that (future 350) motor hummmm.
