Hey fellas. Just ran across this site, and looked like fun.

Im 18, and have owned 3 G-bodies. 1984 Grand Prix 3.8 which was t-boned and written off. Im driving my 1988 Olds Cutlass with a mild 350, dual exhaust, and a brand new Bowtie Overdrives 2004-r.

Im also finishing up my 1981 Monte Carlo (at least the bodywork side of it).

Take care.

I have the "level 2" transmission. The great thing is, once you have it set up and confirmed with them, you can adjust the shift points without harming anything using the TV cable (if you bought the kit from them). I can set it up so it shifts real early, or real late, and everywhere between.

Under WOT, 1-2 is about 4, 2-3 about 5-55 and 3-4 approx.5. Nice real tight shifts under moderate throttle, if you back off to shift up, they're fairly smooth. But everyone comments about the whiplash 1-2 and 2-3.
