Hi,
I'm new to the forum and I've kind of had a 1985 Buick Regal for about 12 years.
I bought the car off a trailer the owner was taking to a scrap yard for $200 and rebuilt it with some help from my dad in high school. It was painted black with a Grand National fin and looked pretty good. During the final summer before I moved for college I blew the engine up. I wanted it on the road again immediately so I could enjoy the summer and spent the weekend swapping in the first free engine I found that looked like it would go in without any modifications. It now has a really slow V6 from the 70s in it and many other parts that probably shouldn't work together under the hood.
Anyways the car has been sitting in a barn for the last 10 years and is starting to rust. I've always liked it and think it would be fun to clean it up and put in a more powerful engine. Now that I'm not a broke student I could probably ever redo the interior this time 😀 .
