This is how it sits right now and I'm not wanting to do a complete lift...I'd like to sit right on the wheels no huge gap in between the fenders and tire...even willing to do minor I mean minor trimming. Any suggestions????

No lift necessary. Buy the wheels with 275/25/24 tires and bolt them right on. May need new springs and shocks, but test fit the wheels and tires first. Also, may need frame notch in the rear or spacers. That should be it.
