I returned and pick them up. So now that I have them, what are they originally for? They look like two have been repainted to a teal color at one time and then painted black. Any insight? How do you decode the stamping?

I was going to post up at the start that I thought maybe there were Cutlass wheels...you mentioned the chrome trim and that's the first thing I thought of.
Those are Cutlass wheels. If you still want to use them, sandblast them and repaint to match the body color. Or sell/swap them to an Olds owner....they look decent.
