Hey guys- my 79 Cutlass wagon fuel tank keeps springing pinhole fuel leaks on the bottom of the tank. It's pretty clear the tank is rusting inside out, and so far the auto parts store fuel tank repair 2 part epoxy has held me over. Was fixing one tonight and a pinhole turned into a 1/8" hole. I finally got the goop to set and it's holding, but who knows for how long. I definitely need a new tank, but I'm finding "except station wagon" everywhere I look. Is there a resource for a new tank for a G-body wagon??

Dude! You're my hero!

PS your rides look great! I want to do a satin black for the lower half of my wagon, did you use black and a satin clear or a single stage "hot rod black" or something?

Thanks for the info!

Found out some more info. Between here, a couple other g-body forums, and my local muscle car forum I got several suggestions, none of which were in my original google search. The best price I've found was rockauto.com $115 plus $25 shipping. This was for the tank with the filler neck installed! Even cheaper w/o filler neck, but I prefer to just get it all together.

Hope this info helps others.

Rock auto has them too, manufactured by spectra. I bought 2 so far...
