Hey there, so I've done some research and it appears I have some blow by based on the clear white smoke coming from my valve cover breather. When I bought the car it had nothing covering the hole so I put a breather on it and a new pcv valve and it's still smoking a little. Not bad but just a little. Would you say this is a serious issue I need to get checked? I can take a picture or video if that helps. Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you!

Honestly I just want to daily drive this car and cruise. Do you suggest I remove the valve cover breather? Also what bout blow by oil treatment? Any other tips to just get the most out of this engine? I'd like to get as much life out of it as I can before I swap.

Make sure the pcv/breather system is intact. The pcv valve, connected to the carb should be in one valve cover. The breather should be in the other. Monitor oil consumption. If it runs ok, doesn't consume too much oil and doesn't foul the plugs then go with it. I'm not much of a believer in chemical cures myself.
