I am thinking about getting these wheels. I need to know if they will fit under my car without sticking out or without me changing anything. If I need to change something, can you let me know? Also which bolt pattern is correct?

18x8
Bolt Pattern [?]: 5x120.7mm (5x4.75")
Backspace : 4.5
Offset [?]: 00mm

or
18x9
Bolt Pattern [?]: 5x120mm
Backspace : 6.18
Offset [?]: +30mm

I love your wheel selection ! This is my 1978 with 18x8 inch wheels and 4.5 inch back spacing. I have no rubbing issues. 4.75 is the correct bolt pattern for G bodies.

Yokohama 245/40/18 all the way around. That is max for the front. I could have gone much bigger on rear. I kept the same size for tire rotation.

Go here put the size tire a wheel u have on the car in the left column, then put the size tire and wheel you want to fit on the right side. Play around with it for awhile, it will teach you, it did me anyway, wheel back spacing, ect.....

Those are nice, fitting will depend much on tire size. There's a max measurement floating around here somewhere. Assuming you have stock wheel wells, may need to bend the lip a bit to push the limit.

Do these rims come in polished?? I'll be in the market soon, and this style is pretty slick.
