Thank u guys all for commenting and putting ur opinions in. I think may go ahead and order the torque thrust 17x8 and go 245/45r17 fronts and 255/45r17 backs. And later with my next set of tires if I still want the 275 may just go to a tire shop and see if they can fit it maybe with a spacer.

I have 275/40/17s out back on a 17x9. I had to roll the wheel lip and run a 1" spacer, but it fits and doesn't rub. The wheels are forms Coys, not sure of bs. I think they only offer one offset so their website might list it. I can measure when I get home.

That's good news I will serch those wheels after I get off work and look at specs thank you

I'm in the market for tires as well since i just got my new 17's a couple weeks ago. After slogging through google pics i found this malibu running a 255/45/17 (same rear tire i will be running) and it looks at home on the 17.

Here is a link to their page: http://www.coyswheel.com/coys-c67.html
I measured 5.5" same as the website. That makes sense, since everyone else said 4.5" max BS and I have to run a 1" bolt-on spacer.
