WTF?

Not that I'm aware of. There's the 800 series (square bolt on cap) and the 600 series box (round cap head) and perhaps the 600 series might be slightly smaller but that's your choices. I've only dealt with 800s. Unless they have some sort of aftermarket stuff that would work.

Smaller is not always better, though, unless you don't care about turning. The 800 quick ratio boxes are where it's at for steering performance. Unless you're going full manual box, which you apparently aren't. It's smaller yet, but getting a bit tougher to find.

He's bitchin' about the pulley hitting it after installing a Procharger. The truck pulley is smaller, I think. But that's not the question, now, is it?

Hmm. Chevy engine stuff I'm guessing? Well, I don't know anything about that. If I wanted a Chevy engine in a Cutlass, I'd buy a Monte or Malibu. Or move to Canada (why did you do that GM...why?) .

Chevy parts are cheaper plus the 403 that I had in it slung a rod. I think even with the monte carlo it would do the same thing

I'm going to guess that the engine frame pads are in the wrong spot on the front crossmember if you went from an Olds to a Ch*vy. Are the trans and driveshaft in?
It had this engine in it before with no problems but without the procharger.

Ok. Well, I asked in your other thread: what changed? Does the Procharger bracketry move the PS pump? Did you call them?
It did move the power steering pump up. We had to take the power steering pulley off just for the engine and transmission to sit. Everything else is perfect besides that. I said I was gonna call them again (was on hold and the phone miraculously hung up 😠).
