guys do they make a perforamnce intake air cleaner for the 4.3 throttle body engine. if so do all the vacuum hoses hook right up or what?? I cant find one online anywhere. Also is it ok to just take out my smog pump too. Ive been wanting to do it for a while now.

Just an idea, could you cut the bottom out of your air cleaner, and put the open element on top with the new lid? Might have to cut the center out of the new air cleaner bottom and fasten yours to it.
