Hello everyone, Name's Brother Al. I no longer have any A/G Body's, but I've been involved with them for a long time (I'll be 34 this year). I've owned the following A/G Body's: '70 Chevelle Malibu 307/AT, '71 Chevelle Malibu 350/AT, '72 Chevelle Malibu 350/AT, '79 Malibu Landau 305/AT, '83 Monte Carlo 305/AT, '85 Grand Prix 305/AT.
I've also stripped and parted well over 50 '68-'88 A/G Body's & wrenched on many others. Some of my relatives and friends have &/or race these on the strip/circle track.
Currently, I own a 1984 Recaro T/A which is my pride and joy. There were only 1321 of them built in 1984, making them amongst the rarest Special Edition T/A's, and even more rare that the 1500 1984 15th Anniversary T/A's. 1984 was the last year of Pontiac's infamous RPO Y84, Black and Gold Trans Am S/E. They all came standard with RPO L69/ H.O. 5.0L, Gold hood decal on the bulge, functional Turbo Bulge hood induction system, WS6/J65/G80 package, 8000 rpm tach, 80psi oil pressure guage, Tan leather Recaro seats, Tan deluxe interior, Black leather wrapped steering wheel/shift knob/parking brake handle, W62 Aero pkg ground FX, fully Black painted body, 3 special Gold pinstripes that went around most of the car and up around the wheel wells, special Black on Gold plated "Screaming Eagle" medallions located on the outer sail panels, Gold 15" High Tech rims, and a bunch of interior comforts. My car is amongst the rarest of them, one on approximately 325-350 ordered w/ the T-5 (5 speed). She also has 3:73's (standard w/ T-5), rear wiper, driver's knee pad, cruise control, rear cargo privacy shade, locking cargo floor compartment, locking gas door, Ttops, console sunglass pouch, power side mirrors, power hatch release, power windows, and power locks.
