my name is jason, some one told me about this forum so thought i would drop in here for some help in getting advice on getting my monty carlo ready to race. The funny thing is I am a die hard mopar fan and what do I own, 2 gm, and an amc...sigh....

the first car for daily driver is a 82 olds delta 88, 307 v-8, turbo 350 slushbox, nice 4 barrel, and a few little other upgrades, and lots of dents from this past winter..sigh...the car did make a magazine appearance in 2004 in the grassroots motorsports 2004 challange.

the next car that i came to this forum for is a 88 monty carlo, its a ex-circle track car. the guy i got it from used it for asfualt racing. I am going to use the car for autocross and drifting....nothing says redneck like showing up to a drifting event then with a stock car.....

and for anyone that cares, my 66 amc american that is the olds car for cruise nights..if i ever get the money for insureance and plates.

hey tnt, thanks for the heads up on here. and the amc is nice though.

as for the gm thing, i have to say right now i still wish i had my suburu legecy wagon, awd and stick and a 4 banger....great gas right now with gas prices.....or even my daytona i use to have...something that would be better on gas then the tank right now would be great.

need something that i can use that was cheap and easy enough on the wallet if it borke and was a write off for drifting since i have wanted to get into for years though.
