definitely too high a float ....
loosen up the big screw on top of the needle & seat ,turn the nut about 1/2 turn for first try ...start the engine , let it run 5 minutes . stop engine.
remove back side plug to see fuel level in fuel bowl ...repeat to adjust acordingly


dont forget that gas burns easily on hot sufaces !
