Hood alignment issue

I've been having a bit of a time trying to figure out what the problem here could possibly be. My hood is flushed in the front but gradually begins to raise from the middle towards the rear. This is the case on both side of the hood. I'm really stumped here, so if anyone has any input it would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the screws going through the hood to the hinge? There is one on each side. Takes an 8mm or 9/32 socket.

Yep. That's your issue.

if I'm picturing it correctly, sounds like the hood hinges where they bolt to the fender may need to lower & also maybe the 2 large height stop bolts may need a washer removed.
