It doesn't, at least I've not seen. The Regal was the only strut setup and it was welded to the inner fender if I recall correctly. The ones I have are short and bolt to the hinge itself.

One thing I do like about the strut set up on my Regal is when I just removed the hood the other day by myself it is nice to not have tension on the hinges by simply removing a bolt from one end of the strut.
