Does anybody know the best way to change the horns on a GP? Do I have to take the inner fender well off? Thanks

I don't know of it is the exact same but on my 82 cutlass there was just a piece of flat bar with a bolt into the fenders holding them in, un did them and came right out ,mine were dickered so I am replacing with a cheap air horn from aCanadian tire lol
This is an 81 Malibu. Looks easy enough, not sure how much different a Grand Prix is. Horns are on the driver side, one is mounted to the fender, if I remember correctly, the other has a bolt that comes up through the inner fender well. Sorry, that's all I got for reference. ...
