Those have been around for a few years now.

I take that back, they've been out there for a few years produced by Johnny Lightning.

Although I can't find them at the moment on their website. I did find an '83 Olds cop car though:

ijust picked up the silver one at walmart too,along with these

They have a couple of other ones also, I have seen a grandprix with red wheels. They also have several monte carlos with a flat bed.
