how do 5 inch tach look in g body car

Every Regal/GN that has a tach has it in that exact same location lol. I bet even the holes in the dash would line up if you sold the dashpad to someone else.

the 5" doesnt look that much different. ITs all big and unsightly.

I know. There just really aren't that many places to put a tach in a g body. I just wanted to make sure I kept the wires out of the way and kept it looking clean.

Why not just put it in the dash? That way you dont have to cut or drill anything on the outside and it doesnt look trashy like the external ones. Mine is a GP dash in my Monte but you could do it in your Regal also.
